jurisdiction and the cost of the dispute and litigation thereof shall be borne by the litigant until
and unless it is otherwise proved and adjudicated in the jurisdictional court of law as per the
prevailing law of the Country i.e., India and or the state of Madhya Pradesh.

he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
