Terms and Conditions for Return of Products
If any of our esteemed customer is not satisfied with quality,
colour, specifications or design of the product supplied by us, he
may return back to us and get a refund of money or another
product subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The customers will have to return the un-accepted product
which is already pre-paid by them, within 10 days of receipt
of the product by them. No product shall be eligible for
return for refund or exchange it beyond 10 days of receipt
of the product by the customer.
2. If the product is bought by them on COD (Cash on Delivery)
Basis, and is un-accepted, then, that needs to be retuned
back immediately to the same delivery person, with due
care and with the original packaging.
3. The returnable product must be un-used in all respects and
must be in the same state of condition in which it was
supplied to them.
4. The returnable product must be returned by the customers
in properly packed condition in the same packaging in
which it was delivered to them.
5. Following products shall not be eligible for return and
thereby no exchange or refund will be allowed:
a. Perishable goods, such as food and flowers etc.;
b. Newspapers and Magazines;
c. Gift Cards;
d. Sanitary products;
e. Health and personal care products;
f. Hazardous goods including inflammable goods, liquids
and gases;
g. Downloadable software including CD, DVD, VHS tape,
software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record;
h. The products which have been got manufactured at
the specific order of the customer with their own
specifications, colour and design etc.;
6. While returning the product, the customer will have to
provide the original bill of purchases, otherwise the product
shall not be accepted for exchange or refund;
7. In all the cases, the product is required to be returned to
the Company from where it was billed, i.e., Optionone World Marketing
Private Limited, Chandmari, Airdhe Road, Near Amrit Milan Hospital, Varanasi UP - 221007, India.
If the customer sends the product at anywhere else, the
company shall not be responsible for exchange or refund
against such return;
8. No exchange or refund shall be granted if the product is
either received in damaged condition or any or more parts
or accessories attached to and supplied with the product
are found missing. The decision of the Company for
exchange or refund shall be final and be binding to the
customer also.
Terms and Conditions getting the exchange or refund against the returned goods
1. It shall be the sole discretion of the Company to grant any
exchange or refund against the returned goods, either in
full or in part and the decision of the Company in this regard
shall be final and binding on all.
2. If the returned product after due examination of the
product is accepted for exchange or refund either in full or
in part, or is not found suitable for any exchange or refund,
the Company shall inform you on the mobile number and/or
on the email Id as would have been provided by you at the
time of placing the order with the Company.
3. If refund or exchange is approved by the Company either
in full or in part, necessary shipping charges shall be
deducted which had been paid by the Company while
supply of the goods. This will be over and above of the
shipping cost that the customer shall have to bear while
returning back the un-accepted goods. In other words, in
case of return of the goods, the customer has to bear the
shipping cost of both the original delivery and also on the
return of goods.
4. Upon your confirmation in writing on the registered mobile
number and or email Id of the Company, the approved
amount of refund duly accepted by you shall be credited to
the bank account/credit card through which the prepayment was made by you.
5. Upon our making the refund and informing you about the
same, if you don’t receive the same in next 48 hours, you
may then, contact with your concerned bank or credit card
agency. Even then, if the refund is not received by you,
then you can contact us with all necessary details within
next 5 days of elapse of those 48 hours, at
support@optionone.in.
6. If you opt for exchange of the product, and if the Company
at its sole discretion approves the exchange then, upon the
consent in writing by you the exchanged product shall be
shipped to you in next 7 working days of your acceptance.
7. If the customers returning the products wish the obtain gift
voucher in place of any exchange or refund, they can do so
by informing the Company while returning the product.
Subject to the approval of the Company, the gift voucher
for the amount determined by the Company and accepted
by the customer, shall be sent to the customer, who in turn,
can use that gift voucher in making future purchases from
the Company, within next one month from the date of that
gift voucher.
Shipping and Shipping Costs on the return of products
1. As mentioned above all the products proposed to be
returned by the customers are must be returned at Optionone World
Marketing Private Limited, Chandmari, Airdhe Road, Near Amrit Milan Hospital, Varanasi UP - 221007, India
2. The Company shall not be responsible for refund or
exchange if the goods are returned at the address other
than mentioned above.
3. The Company shall also not be responsible for non-receipt
of any package of returned goods. This shall be the sole
responsibility of the customer to make us deliver the
returned goods at their own costs and consequences.
4. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping while returning
the goods back to the Company. Therefore, if the package
of returned goods is sent by the customers on shipping
charges on ‘to pay’ basis, then, such package shall not be
accepted by the Company and shall be returned back at all
the costs and consequences of the customer.
